Angela Ybarra

Welcome! I provide therapy with individuals struggling with symptoms of trauma, and I provide psychedelic integration therapy for those seeking or who have experienced a psychedelic experience. My approach to therapy is built on a foundation of trust and respect for your inner healing intelligence to help you improve functioning and develop skills based on your abilities and needs. In individual therapy, I often combine EMDR, Somatic Therapy, and IFS to support you in your healing journey. I am also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and Prolonged Exposure (PE) for trauma and PTSD. I am currently scheduling sessions for adult clients who are seeking to recover from trauma, attachment disorders, OCD, PTSD, and C-PTSD, including experiences related to domestic violence, childhood abuse, sexual assault, vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, moral injury, and legacy/generational trauma and burdens. I also work with individuals seeking psychedelic integration to process and make meaning of their experiences.
